RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at contact@deshajlabs.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Packet, the entire object that was put inside the packet, address and contact details of the retail shop from where the product was purchased, then mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (the list may also include items :
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
- Plants
- Items valued less than Rs 100
- Perishable goods such as cooked food, flowers
- Products that are intimate or sanitary goods
- Undergarments
- Any product that has the risk of contamination or exchange of microbes if used
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

● Returns are fully refundable as long as complete information about the seller along with actual packet and their objects are returned by the customer.
